I'm a 22 years old Product Design Engineer from Varanasi, India currently based in Gurgaon. As a designer, I see myself in the role of a problem solver. I am flexible, quick to pick up new skills, and eager to learn from others. I have had the experience of living, learning, working in different fields of design. I enjoy exploring ideas that drive and support human behavior while also adding value to people’s lives.

Now i was in third year of my engineering and senior in our team mechelites,
so at this stage i really started designing kart frames, chassis and other parts on SOLID WORKS and Catia.

This was a very first step of my learning experience in field of automobile industries. I was in my second year of Mechanical
engineering and i was the part of a team Mechelites Motorsports as a designer, I was working under the guidance of our seniors, They added a lot in me ,team management, basic design, presentation ,team spirit and lot of experience which i will carry for rest of my life.

NATIONAL GO KART CHAMPIONSHIP

NKRC was my first event in go-karting category in which i got chance to practically manufacture and assemble the kart,It was like dream comes true. we did a great job as a team and gave a tough competition. Though we didn't win NKRC-2K17 but learnt a lot.
ISIE IKR GO-KART CHAMPIONSHIP

This time it was hole new thing, we were into Electric Go-kart.
The vehicle has been designed in such a way that the reliability is not compromised in the pursuit of speed. The wheel and suspension geometry have been designed taking into account the track layout and prevailing conditions. We approached our design by considering all possible alternatives for a system and modeling them in Solidworks 2016 Then the design is subjected to analysis using ANSYS based on analysis result, the model was modified and retested and a final design was fixed.The design objectives, set out to be achieved were three simple goals applied to every component of the vehicle: durable, light- weight and high performance, we have used the steel tubular AISI 4130, AISI 4130 steel can be largely utilized in all industrial sectors in order to enhance weldability or machinability properties. It is used in a variety of applications due to its cold drawn or turned and polished finish property.

Worked to understand the client’s requirement and developed concept designs, Renderings, Detail designs, and evaluated simulations, according to the demand. Performed FEA, DFMEA, and DFM. Lead designing and manufacturing of devices like trackers, EV chargers, AP.
